    Do not use Nadi Ace Hotel as your transit hotel, was only staying for one night before continuing my journey elsewhere, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I didn’t want to say this, but this must be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The booking process was a frustration from the start. The website clearly stated checkout was at 12:00, but when I arrived, I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle with no communication or reply to my emails. At the property, I was told checkout is actually at 10:00. I argued and wanted refund so they agreed to 12pm. The room itself was clean, but that’s where the positives end. The TV did not work, the fridge did not work, there were no bath mats, no iron, no hand wash, and no milk for coffee. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, but unfortunately, that’s not enough. The restaurant was also a letdown – the food quality was poor, and the portions looked more suitable for children. There were only three items on the breakfast menu, none of which appealed to us. Was advertised as buffet, no doubt of that. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel I wasted my money and my night, and frankly, it’s not worth the stress.

    I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the facilities were good.

    The road to this hotel is sketchy and scary as a solo female traveler. It was dark and run down. The staff was quite nice and the room was ok but no hot water at all.
