After spending 21 days there and the same meals day in day out literally couldn't eat or look at the food hotel needs major upgrade to buildings rotten window and door frames no heating in the one bar area people sitting freezing in there life of me dunno how the place got 5 stars it wouldn't get 3 in uk

When looking at reviews I was in two minds about booking. I’m happy I trusted my gut and booked. Hotel staff try their best to please you, breakfast good lunch good dinner good. Food is slightly different everyday and you have variety. Room are good but rooms for improvement (this is happening as the hotel progresses everyday). Rooms should be equipped with an iron. Beach is good and so are the bars. Plenty of things to do and if you do get bored you can always visit surrounding areas. I stayed 4 nights I think this was the perfect amount of time. Would return, good value for money. 9/10 very good

A HUGE property that looks like it was a wonderful place to stay when it was new. However many buildings are dilapidated and not kept up, esp on the outside.
The staff shift I interacted with was rude, terse, and uncooperative. Checked out a night early.
