We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world). Luoyang Christian’s Hotel should really be congratulated on their incredible efforts to make us comfortable and look after our every need -going well beyond what might be expected for a leading hotel. Well done Christian’s Hotel - you have set a very high standard of service. Keep it up!

The hotel service is warm and friendly. We had a great time.

The staffs were well trained and so kind to the guests. Very good breakfast and daily fruits and snacks were also wonderful.
However, couple of things are needed for foreign guests. English and coffee at breakfast.
Communication in English was not so good and I had to order coffee with dining room staff who does not understand English.
