We had a very pleasant stay here, especially as we were travelling with elderly family members. The staff were warm, thoughtful and very attentive to our needs. They provided fresh fruits daily and even peeled and cut them for our elderly family members whenever we requested. They also noticed that our elderly family members were washing clothes in the room and kindly brought us a drying rack. The team always did their best to help us with a smile. Their genuine care and thoughtful service really made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. This is a level of care and service that we have rarely experienced before. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Family with elderly We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were warm, thoughtful and very attentive to our needs. They provided fresh fruits daily and even peeled and cut them for our elderly family members when we requested. They also checked on us when we missed breakfast, waived our laundry charges as I thought I had forgotten to pay, and provided complimentary meals and snacks. Even when we ordered noodles after midnight, they still did their best to prepare and deliver them to us. Really appreciate the excellent service and hospitality! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
