J’ai beaucoup apprécié la laverie mise à disposition des clients. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, elle était également régulièrement nettoyée. Le personnel est à l’écoute de nos demandes et attentif à nos besoins. Le personnel a l’accueil et le personnel de nettoyage étaient tous très gentils et attentionnés.

L’établissement était un peu à l’écart des magasins. Mais tout de même assez proche des lieux historiques de la ville. 15-20 min en voiture de la ville intra-muros. Et des bouches de métro se situent au bout de la rue

The room was quite good and met the standard you would expect from a Hilton property. However, what impressed me the most was the service. Last night there was very heavy snowfall, and I was extremely hungry. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with the food delivery apps here and cannot read Chinese. Two night-shift staff members, Kiki and Vicky Ma, went above and beyond to help me. They patiently assisted me in ordering food through the app and took great care of everything with genuine kindness and attention. Their service was truly outstanding and made my stay much more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciate their help and warm hospitality. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again.

The local staff were really helpful and attentive, and did their best to work with their company's weird policies. The Longmen grottoes are well worth visiting.

The hotel did not have airconditioning (although it is advertised on booking.com as having AC). This was an issue because the room temperatures were in the high 20s (80s fahrenheit). We were told the reason was a strict Hilton policy to not allow AC in Autumn. However the weather was very warm and humid, so no AC was borderline intolerable. This was not an issue we experienced at other hotels on our trip. Full credit to the local staff for trying to help us though. On one night the Engineer was able to at least reduce temperatures to 25 degrees C.
