    New flooring, and smells nice, but the bathroom floor was poorly swept, my walls had stains/scratches on the 3rd floor. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was priced fairly and the location is in the middle of all the good sights.

    Family of 4 with 14 and 12 years old, sufficient space for 6 nights stay. 6 minutes walk to city bus and subway. Same 6 minutes walk to many restaurants and shopping strip. Would recommend and stay again.

    Overall, I had a very good experience with them. The only downside was that the room was cleaned only once every 3 days. That said, it was good value for money.

    Good location, easy bus access & walking distance to metro. The room are pretty clean. Staff was thourough in explain details. Convenient if need new towels or trash can on non clean day can leave outside. Good smoking area on outside terrace instead of indoor.
