    After staying at this hotel, I visited surrounding cities and stayed here again when I returned to Kyoto. It was clean, functional, and had helpful staff—I slept peacefully and quietly. Everything was wonderful. I'll definitely choose KOKO in other cities as well.

    New flooring, and smells nice, but the bathroom floor was poorly swept, my walls had stains/scratches on the 3rd floor. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was priced fairly and the location is in the middle of all the good sights.

    周圍環境算是安靜，這點很不錯。步行約三分鐘，過一個大馬路的交通燈後就有一家 7-Eleven，日常買東西算是還方便吧。 我訂的房型廁所不是乾濕分離，不過整體來說房間和浴室都算乾淨。早餐連續幾天下來 Menu 都比較相似，味道則是 OK 的。比較不方便的是入住時前台就需要我們先決定所有入住天數的早餐的 session 時間。這種安排可以理解，應該是為了控制早餐餐廳的人流，但對行程比較彈性的旅客來說確實少了一些自由度，如果可以在每天的早餐時段內自行選擇會更方便。 房間內的燈光實在太暗，如果有化妝需求，建議自行準備補光燈。另外，房間內可以使用的插座只有一個，對現在的旅客來說確實不太方便，尤其是多人入住時，充電需求很容易衝突。 房間雖然有熱水壺，但沒有提供免費飲用水，酒店內也沒有飲水機或其他可以自行補充飲用水的地方，需要自己另外購買。住幾晚的話，這點確實會比較不方便。 比較需要改善的則是前台服務。Check-in 和 check-out 時遇到的兩位工作人員態度都很好，這點值得肯定。但其他時間到前台尋求協助時，經常沒有工作人員在場，需要另外叫人出來。而被叫出來後，部分工作人員的態度並不算友善，甚至有幾位在英文溝通上都有些困難。 考慮到這是一間位於京都遊客區的連鎖酒店，我認為基本的英文溝通能力以及穩定的前台服務是應該具備的。整體而言，住宿環境本身沒有太大的問題，但前台服務的專業度、溝通能力以及服務態度都有不少改善空間，也是這次入住體驗中比較令人失望的部分。 這次入住的價格比較優惠，因此以當時的價格來說，我認為整體 CP 值還是可以接受的。不過，如果以正常原價來看，我個人應該不會再次選擇這間住宿。整體而言，除了環境相對安靜之外，其他方面並沒有特別讓我覺得值得以原價再次入住。
