Well lit parking area. The room was nicely decorated for the price point and was very clean. Good water pressure! Minor complaint: towels were thin and worn so you might want to bring your own.

We stayed 4 nights; property was as advertised. Very clean, basic room. Neighborhood was a bit loud at night, though we stayed during 4th of July weekend so revelers started fireworks early and went well into the wee hours of the morning for a few days straight.
Overall a convenient location for us into downtown LA and good value for the price.

I didn't like that I was asked every day what time I was leaving. I was only there foe 3 nights and was perfectly content to not have the bedding changed daily, but I was unable to refuse, and was asked each day what time I was leaving.
