Die Aussicht ist einmalig schön. Das Personal war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Ich war an einem heißen Wochenende dort, es war im Zimmer auch sehr heiß. Leider gibt es keinen Ventilator und auch die Vorhänge könnten besser abdunkeln. So heizt sich der Raum sehr auf und es wird in der früh schnell hell im Zimmer. Auch im Frühstücksraum wird es Ventilatoren brauche. Mehr Bäume um das Haus könnten auch helfen.

Beautiful view. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than anticipated; delicious bread and boiled eggs.

We notified the property that we would be arriving at 9 pm. We arrived at that time to pitch black buildings with no one in sight. We tried calling the property multiple times with no response. We circled the building and called for 25 minutes. It seemed we would need to find accommodations elsewhere until a light turned on inside. We knocked and the individual inside asked for our name, and passed us our key through the window with minimal communication. The individual did not show us our room nor tell us anything about the stay. They notified us that our room was in a different building on the property. When we made it inside our building, all of the lights were off. Very eerie. There was an empty reception desk and empty antique sitting room. We walked up the stairs in darkness. At the top, there was a painting of a young boy crying. Next to that was a crib filled with cushions from couches. We felt very uncomfortable. After checking the first two floors, we discovered our room was on the highest floor. Numbering was unintuitive, and the man who gave us the key provided no instruction. Our door had a large dent in it at eye level. Inside the room was much better, but our initial impression made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
