I loved everything about my stay at The Melia which was all great experiences & new memories . The only issue I had was during the checking out where I noticed an extra charge on my room for a Spa service I never received . The staff made it very inconvenient for me because of a small miscommunication which was a result of me missing my 11:00 AM flight .

It was a rocky start the first day. Communication was not the best.
Although the staff was friendly and helpful, communication in English was sometimes difficult.
We were not given any instructions on how to and where to make dinner reservations. There were no instructions in how to use the safe in the room.
On the positive side, the property was well maintained. It was easy to find lounge chairs at any time of the day. Restaurant food was very good.
The bus to get around the property came by often.
