Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the Expedia price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect.

They need to improve on the twin beds rooms the beds are so small that only a 12-15 year can sleep
And you cant turn left to right and vise versa my legs were hanging off the bed
Please I recommend a 5 foot double bed as enough room for two beds and it doesn’t cost much to replace
Hope next trip is better lovely place and spas very reasonable on price and if you want a traditional same thermal spa at a fraction of the price there is one outside up the hill for 25 mad where as here at hotel it’s 200 mad born same thermal spas

They gave me a room that was occupied at first.
The room door won’t close.
The spa reception and security are the worst ,rude and unfriendly.,
