The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was really kind and helpful. And there is a lot of accommodation (spa, pool, bar, …)

The pressure of the water in the bathroom was maybe a little low

I had a great experience at Ramada by Wyndham Fes. The hotel has a beautiful old-style charm that gives it a royal atmosphere while preserving the traditional character and history of Fes. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the blonde lady and the gentleman working at breakfast for their kindness and excellent service.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The soundproofing between the rooms is quite poor, as we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. The biggest issue was the air conditioning: it was very weak and barely cooled the room, which is definitely not suitable for the hot temperatures in Fes, especially during summer. The lighting in the rooms was also very poor. The lack of sufficient lighting made the room feel quite dark and less pleasant at night. Another disappointing point was the breakfast buffet, which unfortunately did not reflect the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. The selection felt more comparable to what you might find in a small guesthouse
