The staff were friendly. The room I upgraded to was more modern.
The room we were initially provided was poor quality and did not match the bedroom images on the site. I had to upgrade where the total cost was now more expensive than a 5* option on Booking.com.
The room we upgraded to was nice, BUT it had a cockroach problem. Not helpful, especially with my 18 year old daughter being present.
The patio doors on both rooms did not work properly. The technical team promptly fixed.
Air conditioning in the main areas of the hotel is limited. They were nice spaces, but hot.
The food was ok - breakfast and main meals.
