Roads around property in poor state of repair.
excellent swimming pool.
Food very good, but breakfast limited in scope.
rooms in v good condition with air con.
host speaks very little english but communication is possible and staff al very pleasant and helpful

This property was beautiful and all the amenities were great. Located on a private vineyard. His homemade white wine was great and so was the service. Room was brand new.
