The hotel was excellent value, well located and generally pretty good. The only issues were that the bed was a bit squeaky, and that because the room was hot, we needed the window open, and because the road is pretty busy, it was hard to get to sleep. It was unusually hot though in Verona, so it would have been fine otherwise... The area was excellent, with good access to all the facilities of the city, close to the river, churches and teatro romana. Plus all the restaurants and gelaterias!

We highly recommend AI Leoni. We were traveling trough europe with five kids and needed a place to stay on our way to Venice and thought Verona would be nice. This bed and breakfast fit the bill. We had two bedrooms and enoughs beds to fit our family comfortably and it was just $125 for seven of us in our own flat. The rest of the rooms seemed to be smaller for couples and there was a young youth hostel feel at breakfast. The breakfast was simple and for more than one night we would want something different. But it was convenient. The hotel is located on a residential street but easy to find and we had no problem with parking on the street. We arrived late and called ahead and they left keys for us to get into our apartment and it was easy to do. I would stay here again especially considering the price to sleep so many of us in Verona. We had a great day in Verona before heading off to Venice. We saw the castle, the coliseum, Juliet’s balcony and came back in the evening for a play of Romeo and Juliet at the balcony which was unique and a true memory.
