    We booked an executive room and description said 300 sq ft. But we were given a 100 sq ft tiny room which would be suitable only for an adult. Room provided was called (Twin room) We were a family of 3 and it was cramped for us. Bathroom was not great. When checked at the reception they said it is a busy day and all rooms are occupied. We paid 7000 for one night stay and the room was not worth the price.

    We booked the Honeymoon Suite expecting a special experience, mainly because of the jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was damaged and completely non-functional. The bathroom towel holder also came off when we tried to use it, which showed poor maintenance. We reported the issues to reception several times but no one came to fix them. When we finally went to the reception desk ourselves, we were told no other room was available and nothing could be done. Very disappointing experience, especially for a room meant for a special occasion.
