Not satisfied for the money paid.not having neat ambience, no hot water, no wifi facilities opened despite complaints, front desk not responding to repeated call.TV is not provided to view many channels. In total very pathetic service. Bad experience in staying.

This hotel looks very old and it’s not cheap for the facilities they offer. Not clean and the WiFi always get disrupted. Not recommended to those coming from foreign countries as this is not a clean and user friendly hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally bring to your attention the extremely poor experience I faced during my recent stay at your hotel, following an online booking made on 24th November 2025. I am highly disappointed with the quality of service, staff behaviour, and basic facilities provided. Below is a detailed summary of the issues encountered: 1. No Response to Calls Before Check-In After completing the online booking, I attempted to contact your hotel five times on the same day. Although the dial tone rang, no one answered any of the calls. Even on the next day (25th early morning), I tried again and still received no response. During check-in, when I asked why nobody responded, I was told that there was a telephone connectivity issue. However, this does not justify the repeated non-responsiveness. 2. Improper and Unprofessional Check-In Experience I checked in around 5:30 AM on 25th Nov. When I showed my booking ID to the receptionist, Mr. Sunil, he insisted that the booking ID was wrong and claimed there was no booking in my name. I requested him to provide the room key as I urgently needed to use the restroom, but he refused and asked me to use the outside toilet, which is highly unacceptable. Even when I said I would pay for the room first and clarify the booking issue later, he initially refused and said no rooms were available. Only after he spoke with someone did he finally allot a room. No further assistance or clarification was provided afterward. 3. No Hot Water Supply – Repeatedly Ignored On the first day, there was no hot water in my room. I attempted to call reception, but again no one responded. I had to go down to reception to inform them. They said the telephone line was not connected properly, fixed it, and assured me that hot water would work. However, it did not work the entire day. Even the next morning around 6:15 AM, only air came from the hot water tap. Despite informing the reception again, there was no resolution, and I had no hot water for the entire stay. 4. Poor Cleanliness and Room Conditions The room cleanliness was extremely poor. The overall environment and maintenance did not resemble a hotel; it felt more like a low-grade lodge. Basic hygiene standards were not met. 5. Staff Behaviour and Lack of Customer Care The receptionist during check-in was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to accept customer issues. Only during check-out on 26th November, another receptionist listened to my complaints and was willing to acknowledge the issues. Overall, the staff attitude and customer service were far below acceptable standards. Overall Feedback My stay at your property was extremely disappointing due to the issues listed above—lack of professionalism, poor maintenance, no hot water, unresponsive staff, and a very unpleasant check-in experience. This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards and is not suitable for guests. I request you to take appropriate action, address these concerns seriously, and consider providing compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I expect a prompt response from your side.
