    Location was good, nearby there is lift + escalator entrance to the basement where you can walk to Umeda station. We find it really convenient as we have pram. As for hotel staffs, could be better, i think the overall friendliness is slightly lacking comparing to other hotels that we have been in Japan, Osaka was our last stop. The rooms are clean.

    Good location with Lawson and 24 hours drug store downstairs. Spacious and clean room, queen size bed with 3-sides off + wonderful shower head

    Amazing location, it’s connected to the station. There’s so many foreign guests, and the hotel staff might be tired or idk but they are not friendly.
