Stylish B&B in Eixample. We had a spacey room with street view. Nice and quite.
Not a real breakfast provided. Basically plenty of cake and fruit. Nice places around for a serious breakfast.

The property was in a good/safe location, pretty central to different areas. The place was clean and the few amenities were nice (patio, cold bottled water, some light snacks).
There was no hot water in our room for the first night/morning of our stay. A message was sent with no response in the evening, and the issue wasn’t resolved until I saw the property manager in person the next morning….I totally understand that mistakes happen, but having the hot water turned off is pretty egregious (especially after traveling 12+ hours to the destination).

Perfect location, the place was very clean, we could leave the luggage after check out, coffee & tea
There was no daylight in the room, it felt like staying in a basement. The room was very noisy, we could hear people walking on the hallway and upstairs, loud doors. We didn’t have hot water from the morning until afternoon. We reported it in the morning and the boiler wasn’t even checked, it was done when we mentioned it again and after that we had to wait another hour for hot water. We asked if we can use another bathroom because we didn’t want to wait but we were told all the rooms are occupied.
