    Not good check in exprirence and not a very good breakfast only a basic Thai breakfast so not good value for money

    it’s a basic room near chiangrai town. most people staying there coming with a car. i rented a scooter near night bazaar which is the area most things are going in town. i stayed three nights and there was no making up of the room. they provide coupons you can use in the restaurant (really nice people serving good food) in front of the hotel (items cost around 50 bhat, some can pay 10 bhat extra for adding a fried egg which i did) and coffee machine and tea separately in the hotel lobby. the shower gives you 2 seconds of cold water every 5 seconds, impossible to take a proper shower unless for people enjoying cold shower. the outdoor food court and 7-11 across the road is a plus. i stayed in room A5. it was a pretty dark room that barely gets any sunlight. Also one of the not-so-cozy fluorescent ceiling light is broken. if you like darkness, the room is perfect.

    1. Location: Bit too far away from the main stuff. It’s a 20+ minute walk from city center or night markets. 2. Staff: Absolutely terrible. No greetings, extremely rude and dismissive. They don’t know English (which is okay) but do not even try to explain or translate in any way. They don’t even greet you in the morning and also ignore our questions. 3. Breakfast is not served at the hotel but at a restaurant nearby with a very limited Thai menu. Not a good experience. You can only ask for one dish and nothing more. 4. The drains in our room were clogged.
