Good silent area. Rooms are clean, team friendly. For a budget hotel ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, relatively close to city centre, easy to reach with Grab taxi/scooter
It was a bit run down, but OK with the price. Cleanliness was not super, still some plastic on the floor, it didn't look moped, the bathroom fan was very dusty/dirty
