Location was good, walkable to the night market. Water was provided along with breakfast (toast etc). The common area was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were adequate.
The room we got was not like the photos. It was quite small. We did not have a window. There was a window into the hallway which had broken blinds and a thin bit of material attempting to cover this. We did not feel like we had a lot of privacy.

Well located near to bus stations. Very nice staff.
Bathroom was quite dirty and bed tended to move about due to it being two separate frames pushed together.

The staff met us and were lovely. Good location close by to everything you would want in Chiang Rai. We had two singles which were comfy but the room didn't have much. Literally just bed, a couple charging sockets, a bedside table, and an air dryer. Really good price for what we got. There was a shared fridge downstairs as well.
The shared bathroom was a little mouldy and had damage to the walls but everything worked perfect so it was not issue for us. There was no kettle which was disappointing as we like an evening tea.
