Great place to stay on the Caribbean side! VERY nice owners who were super helpful. This place literally has a private beach!!! The house itself was so much fun and HUGE! Great if you have kids or even if you want a romantic getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is AMAZING! You will feel as though you’re in the middle of the jungle even though civilization is nearby. The private beach is beautiful, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. There’s so much nature and animals to see all around, you’ll wake up to the sound of so many birds beautifully singing at you. It’s like out of a movie. The hot tub at the beach house is a phenomenal amenity and the staff is so friendly. This is our second time staying here and God willing next time we’re in the area we’ll stay here again.

It was a beautiful and lush jungle. Wildlife in your backyard. Made our trip extra special. The hosts are kind and very friendly.

We stayed in the Beach House in Sept 2026 and it was amazing! We woke up to birds singing and howler monkeys, howling! You're right in the middle of the rainforest and a few steps away from a private beach, what more could you ask for! Great location, just a few minutes from Puerto Viejo that has fabulous shops and restaurants! Of course, you also have fantastic Italian restaurant right across the street! Edsart was so nice and helpful and the grounds are very clean and easily walkable! Fair warning, it's pretty far from SJO but totally worth it!
