    Just leaving the hotel this morning after a three night stay. Room cleaning on each day was unacceptable, no bed sheet change or making up, no pajamas change. The room was not clean even it was made up during the day found hairs on the floor and bathtub. The cleaning staff not even clean or change the used cups for three days. The public bath house is too small the this size of the hotel. It is too crowded at night time. The good thing is the lounge which guests are able to relax and enjoy some soft drinks.

    Too bad they don't allow tattoos in the onsen but overall the hotel is pretty great !

    This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is located about 10 mins walk from Hakata station. There is an onsen located on the 14th floor. You can find a nice izakaya near the hotel and there are a few combini along the way.
