Pristine, lovely, and quiet room, comfortable bed, absolutely clean. At checkout there was confusion about charging me for an upgrade I never requested. They later agreed to drop the charges, but it made for a stressful departure. Still, I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed in a lot of hotels during our vacation and this one was our favorite! The staff was great and the hotel was so nice and peaceful - it felt like a spa environment. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and the view was amazing! Great room and view for the price we paid, we didn’t want to leave! It was also great having a mini-fridge, microwave, and wine bottle opener in the room.

Had my pre-wedding party at this location. Site made our day very special. Perfect rooms for most occasions and they even made up the rooms between days and placed hearts on our bed. Recommend staying here.

The hotel is lovely and really unique. When I arrived the room was very hot due to the sunlight. The a/c cannot be controlled from the room, and there is no phone in the room. The reception have to switch the a/c on, and slowly the room cooled. No upgrade to a room with a view of the city despite the hotel being mostly empty, so just a view of other window facing inwards. The a/c switches off at 11pm, and so a very hot night and no apology when this was raised the next morning. Lovely breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Sadly only stayed one night but it was perfect. Parked on the street outside and paid to the hotel. Family room was small but had all that was required and smartly firnished. Chocolate eggs were a cute touch! Breakfast was brilliant, and the service was too. We only met a couple of staff members but both very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and for longer!

Unable to stay due to illness on the way to the Netherlands. Even though the reservation had been made shortly before, I was unable to get a refund from the hotel for the first night. Expedia managed to issue a refund for the second night.
