Great space, clean, cozy and comfortable in a perfect location.
Noise carries easily in studio 2. You can hear guests going up and down the stairs having full conversations, even after quiet hours, plus kids running in the room above.

It was clean.
It mostly had what we needed.
It was really close to a tram station and the trip to Rotterdam centrum was ~2 Euro.
There is a grocery store right downstairs in the next building.
The lack of storage for some clothes. Except some hangers, there was no place to store some clothes, so basically you cannot unpack and have to keep everything in the luggage.
The temperature for the room is set from the 2nd floor, so everyone in the building can play with it.
The parking was in the back of the accommodation, so you have to pay 15 euro per day + you had to carry the luggage to the apartment. The stairs were terrible for carrying any luggage.
Luckly we only stayed for two nights, so we took only the essentials from the car.
There is no curtain to only filter the light so you can't be seen from outside, only to block almost all the light + it was too short, so during the night there was light coming from the down side.

The location and the way the apartment looked.
The bed was not as comfortable as we are used to. The noise from people on other floors and people using the stairs. No guides on what the various remotes were for. Nothing seemed to actually work. Shower looks amazing but floor tiles are lethal when wet. No means of leaving a window / door on air vent meaning a quite stuffy warm room to try to sleep in
