The perfect location just a few steps from the Duomo and a short 10 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Check-in was easy and efficient and we were reassured by the detail of checking that everything was working properly for us. It’s 3 floors up and there’s no lift - but you are in the heart of Florence, so that’s a real bonus. Recommended.
