Bir sürü anahtar,dikkatli dinlediğimizde anahtarları karıştırmadık,Marco bu konuda oldukça çabaladı,banyoda duş jeli ve şampuan yetersiz,kahve makinesi var ancak kahve yok,city tax denilen şehir içi vergisini internetten yönlendirdikleri siteden ödememizi istediler,güvenli bulmadığımızı alternatif olarak geldiğimizde tesiste ödemeyi teklif ettik ancak ödemeyi yapmazsak anahtarları vermeyecekleri cevabını aldık Buda bize oldukça kaba bir tavır gibi geldi,Marco buluşma noktasına biraz geç geldi ve ilk kez geldiğimizden biraz tedirgin olduk,çıkana kadar ev sahibi ile iletişime geçmedik,onlarda bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sormadı,sanırım misafirperverlik anlayışları bu şekilde diye düşündük ,hizmet alan kişilerle biraz daha yakın ilgi ve nazik davranışlar ve iletişim ,çıkan. sorunlara ılımlı ve çözüm bulma,belki gidilecek minik restoran önerileri ve İpuçları tesisin puanını artıracaktır .look Marco ı understand yinede bu tesiste kalmak teras manzarası tüm herşeye değerdi.burayı sevdik ve belkide bir gün yine geliriz Arzu-Ali

We checked the cleanliness as soon as we arrived, and it was unbelievably clean—far beyond our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of colorful tableware, which gave the place a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere. The location is excellent; just around the corner is the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

If I had to find something to comment on, it would be the abundance of plants and greenery around the property. This naturally meant there were more ants and mosquitoes outside than I had expected. Since I am quite sensitive to insects, I noticed them more than most guests might. That said, they never entered the apartment, and the interior was exceptionally clean and well kept throughout our stay.

Everything was perfect

The location is undeniably the best part of this place. 15/10 for location. The views from up top are spectacular.

I didn't see breakfast offered but I feel it was weird to not have contact with a person. You had to follow instructions on a website and if you're traveling on shaky wifi it's not easy. Going up the last flight of barely lit stairs is sketchy and not knowing if you have neighbors or how secure things are was odd. My wife was not happy with the vibe of the entry way which for 1000$ for 3 nights you would've expected more real person assistance but there was no one. You had to pick up & drop off keys from a different hotel a few blocks away and only during certain hours. Overall kind of sketchy but if you were a single guy traveling it would've been fine.
