The hotel is well located in the centre of Barcelona, with just a 10 minute walk to the Hop On - Hop Off tour bus. Hotel room was very quiet and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced and of good quality and variety. Plus there are any number of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our only issue is the small room and the fact that there was no desk or chair in the room.

This hotel stay was wonderful. The location is perfect for walking around Barcelona while having a local feel. The staff was great and helpful. And the place was very clean.

The hotel charges 1 Euro for self-serve coffee. Given cost of rooms that seemed over-the-top.
The street side of the hotel is quite noisy. Traffic noises until near midnight. On Friday night the nightclub just across the street had partiers outside on the sidewalk until 4 AM. The were talking very loud and there was no way for me to sleep. I switched rooms to the backside of the hotel and it was much quieter. No balcony on the back side, but definitely worth it to avoid the noise.

Beautiful garden seating area to enjoy the complimentary wine. Great location and the air conditioning was fantastic. Staff happily held our bags for us too and helped us with restaurant recommendations.
