    This hotel is really affordable. The breakfast is Yoshinoya and we get to pick our breakfast though ask if what you chose is applicable to the stub provided by the hotel. The staffs are not very attentive because they barely understand English. It takes a long time even with a translator before they can process the request. If youre staying in this hotel, you need to have patience with the communcation barrier.

    Solo traveler. Stop at Niigata. The room is little but comfy. You get a lot for what you pay for. And the staff was really nice and welcoming.

    Booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room still smelling of cigarettes. Aircon does NOT work, hence room is chokingly smelly, stuffy and has NO airflow at all!!! Staff unresponsive and simple said rooms are all booked up. Worst experience of a hotel in Japan!
