①キャンセルがいつでも無料、キャンセルした事は無いけど気楽に予約出来る。
②エアコンが冷暖房自由に切り替えられる。3月に最高気温30度越える時もあるので、大変ありがたい。
③ウォーターサーバーが室内にある
④古町が近く、隣にコンビニ。コインランドリーもすぐ近くにあるので、人によっては便利
バスルームの排水がイマイチなので、確認してキチンと掃除して欲しい。
