Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. The washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. We were able to store our luggage for free after check out. On our departure, the friendly young woman at the desk helped us get a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel for our stay in Florence. Very close to a great bakery and not far from the Duomo or Piazze Michangelo. Kitchenette is well stocked for cooking your own food. Highly recommend

Great staff. Clean room. Newly renovated so that was nice. Location is perfect for piazzo Michelangelo (sunset viewing) but good 10 minute walk to everything else. Drinking water included. Some reviews mention the front desk not being open 24 hrs but it was not a problem for us.

Laundry was excellent. However the apartment was in poor condition for the price ! Holes in walls, all rooms need painting! The shower door leaked terribly!outside terrace needed jetting, was absolutely filthy. Both outside areas were in desperate need of painting. Second & third bedrooms didn’t have any windows or mirrors, everyone had to come to the main bedroom to prepare to go out! The price of the apartment was to be divided between five adults, however having sourced the apartment myself, I don’t feel I can charge 3 other people the same amount as ourselves in the main bedroom as their rooms were totally inadequate! Our other friends who stayed in apartment 9 , had a much cleaner apartment in a good state of repair.

This was our favorite place we stayed in Italy. It was spacious, beautiful, easy, relaxing. This is the best spot to stay in Florence hands down.

Though this property was a bit removed from the Florence City Center, it was just a few blocks and a bridge away. It was also not far from the Piazza de Michelangelo, which meant access to a fair number of excellent restaurants a little more off the beaten path. The staff were very welcoming and kind. We also appreciated the laundry services very much!

Lovely, clean units with good proximity to the tourist quarter. Refreshingly separate. Classy, small hotel, plenty of restaurants and easy walking distance if you are happy to go just that bit further to shake off the crowds. View of the Arno and the famous skyline from some units. Owners are great communicators. They have fixed desk hours but provide easy instructions for self checkin/out.

The hotel was excellent — very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal if you are traveling with children: just a few minutes from the city center and with everything you need around. It gave us the comfort of easy access while still being quiet and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location and the hosts were really friendly. Great communication before and during the stay. Only negative was daily cleaning is upon request which I didn’t realise and so we didnt get any clean towels.
