This is definitely a great location to base yourself to see Zakynthos. It is easily walkable to the Argassi tourist area for dining options and shopping, and is right on the seafront with a pool. The premises is a bit tired and dated but they keep it clean. Things to note is that the wifi is very sporadic and didn’t connect in the rooms. Also in summer you will need mozzie deterrents. There were random power outages for 20-30 seconds at various times. On the whole, we found it good value, and good value if you are on a budget.

The location is not as per the map on Expedia, it is about 2km away from the advertised location away from the main area. The pool area is quiet however there are a lot of wasps, my partner and other guests were stung. There is entry to the sea nearby but not a beach. The rooms are sufficient for a short stay, however the beds are not comfortable. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away. We hired a car for the day via reception and asked if this covered full insurance and was told yes however then charged extra by the car hire people when they dropped the vehicle off.
All in all we had a good holiday here.
