Mooi en ruim appartement
Jammer genoeg hadden we niet goed opgelet bij het boeken waardoor we het appartement zonder zwembad hadden gekozen. Omboeken was mogelijk maar tegen veel hogere kosten dan vermeld op Booking.com. Dat was wel erg jammer want het appartement met zwembad bleef de hele vakantie leeg.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het appartement met privézwembad was prachtig, super schoon en perfect onderhouden. Alles was hygiënisch en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Wat onze ervaring extra bijzonder maakte, was de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. We kwamen al om 11.00 uur aan in Zakynthos, terwijl ons eigen appartement nog niet beschikbaar was. Zonder enige moeite kregen we tijdelijk een ander appartement met privézwembad, zodat we meteen konden genieten en niet hoefden te wachten. Dat vonden we echt een geweldige service! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Absoluut een aanrader – wij komen hier graag nog eens terug! We willen ook nog een speciale bedanking geven aan Peter en het schoonmaakpersoneel. Bedankt voor jullie geweldige service, de vriendelijkheid en de moeite die jullie elke dag deden om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Jullie zorg en gastvrijheid hebben echt het verschil gemaakt. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles, jullie verdienen alle lof!
