This is my second time at this hotel and its service was amazing when i first visit here. From then it become my place to stay at jaipur

Disappointed with My Recent Stay — Standards Have Dropped Significantly This was my 4th stay at this hotel in the last 2 years. While my first two visits were enjoyable, things started to go downhill during my third stay, and unfortunately, this recent visit was the most disappointing of all. I had hoped that the cleanliness and service issues I noticed last time were a one-off, so I decided to give the hotel another chance. Big mistake. Upon arrival, I was checked into Room 204, which was dirty, had broken tiles, extremely dim lighting, and lacked basic toiletries. After complaining to the management, I was offered Room 201 instead—sadly, that was just as bad. The bed sheets were stained, the lighting was again poor, the washroom was far from clean, and the furniture was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. I had to manage through the night as I had an early morning business departure. Things only got worse the next morning. At 4 AM, I tried to reach the hotel reception five times because there was no hot water in the washroom, but no one answered. Left with no choice, I had to take a cold shower, which was extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower itself was in terrible condition, worse than what you’d find in a small-town lodge in India. All in all, this was an extremely disappointing experience, especially from a place I once recommended. The decline in maintenance and absolute lack of responsiveness from staff make it hard for me to consider staying here again.

First of all, I really appreciate Agoda’s support — the booking process was smooth, and their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you for your assistance. However, I was not fully satisfied with the facilities provided at Hotel Apple Inn. The overall maintenance and cleanliness could have been much better, and some of the amenities mentioned online did not match what was available at the property. The comfort and service quality were below expectations for the price and rating of the hotel. I hope Agoda continues to maintain its excellent service standards, and I would request the platform to review the property listing to ensure accurate information and better guest experience in the future.
