Very disappointed. This is not a 4 star hotel. At best it’s ac3 star or less.

The shower and the size of the bathroom was the only saving grace.

1) Front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all. They were poker faced and didn’t give a damn to be honest. They gave only one room key despite requesting them to give another one which is a norm in other hotels, which caused a lot of inconvenience. They brushed it away as their policy. 2) Room housekeeping was dodgy as they had a policy, that someone has to be in the room for them to clean the room in our absence! This was first on me. We were totally unaware of. Carpets and sofas were very dirty. Not clean at all. 3) At the time of checkout we were delayed as they needed to inspect the room before checking us out! This was also first for me! 4) It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised. At best I would give a 3 star, that too is me being generous. 5) All in all a poor experience & will never stay here again.

Dinner at the restaurant ruined the whole stay!

The rooms were clean and comfortable! Loved the Indian porter at the door!

The restaurant staff is very slow and very, very unfriendly, we waited a very long time for both drinks and food! Meat dishes and wine or beer are not available in the restaurant! The reception staff is also very slow!
