    I have stayed here a few times now over as many years. It is a great place to stay for a day or two. Suitable for couples or singles transiting between cities or staying in the area on a budget. The rooms have everything you need and nothing you don't need. The location is perfect with Soi 7 having many places to eat and markets nearby. If you can do without all the extras, and lets face it there is 7/11 close that you can get anything you do need and great places to eat within 2 minutes walk, Lek Jomtien is fantastic value.

    The Lek used to be good, but it's gone down. Soi 7 is full of noisy bars, but the hotel is set back so it's quiet night and day. The location is perfect, near restaurants, markets, the beach, transport, etc. But the staff is surly, the building is poorly-maintained, and wifi was so weak it was practically non-existent, and no effort was made to fix the problem.
