Paid for Garden view. They said none available when I checked in but no refund given !! Said maybe next time we will have it available !!! My friends rooms AC was broken in the scorching heat for 12 hours before help arrived. Dead cockroach in my room floor. Rooms at the front become extremely noisy at 5am with car traffic and honking horns. Overall, was a much better experience when I visited back in 2024

Our worst hotel experience to date. We genuinely do not understand how this is considered a 5-star hotel. The biggest issue was the noise. For our first two nights, it was impossible to sleep because of extremely loud music from the nightclubs (2) next door, continuing until around 5 a.m. We were only moved to another room after two sleepless nights. Cleanliness was also far below what we expected: stained bed linen and towels, humidity in the bathroom and a poorly maintained pool area. Breakfast was mediocre, with dirty tables, slow replenishment and little fresh food. The staff were friendly, but the service was extremely slow and often lacked professionalism. Even simple requests took a very long time to resolve. There were few positives, such as the location and spacious rooms, but overall the experience was nowhere near what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. If you are considering booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend reading the recent reviews carefully before making your decision.
