The bin in the toilet had things in it when l arrived and the toilet floor was dirty.
No soap in the shower.
Everything else was hreat

We enjoyed our stay to the utmost. Such a beautiful Hotel im Balinese style, super clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. And the food at the Genius restaurant healthy and amazing. We will definitly come back.
