This is very nice accommodation in a great location; only a short walk to the historical area and attractions. The studio was lovely and clean (they replaced towels during our stay). Close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping (delicious bakery below) The only downside was there weren’t many dishes/cups etc to prepare/serve food and very steep stairs (if you’re carrying heavy luggage it can be tricky)

Its ok. No air-conditioning but the weather is not hot too. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor where i stayed. So, due to climbing of a long staircase, I have to get all my stuff for the day everyday before going out to avoid climbing multiple times a day. Although, The room is clean and comfortable.

Check-in involved paying in cash at the adjoining restaurant. Then through a narrow passageway and lugging heavy cases up a narrow flight of stairs to what was basically a small motel room with a combined stove/sink. One stool only and no space on floor after cases opened. Meagre kitchen implements - not even a teatowel. Bed was good but pillows very ordinary. Bathroom was cramped and bath almost dangerous to get out of. Very limited channels on TV made worse as we had a rainy day and forced to stay inside. It was clean and adequate but a warning of what we get when the price is a bargain. Area was convenient with many restaurants and 10min walk to the station

A new apartment build above a restaurant. Read the check in details carefully, (there’s no reception) Grim decor on two flights of dingy stairs lead to a very decent spec apartment. Temperature was unbearable, no one around to ask for a fan. Too noisy to keep windows open. Street noise from cars and buses unbearable. Trains add to the very noisy environment. The killer is the full size fridge humming through the night. Around 0600 the room shook with noise for about 30 minutes solid, possibly a street cleaner don’t know but deafening. Plus guy would only take cash no cards

Did not stay here. We flew all night and drove right to Koblenz, arrived within the required time and went to the Asian restaurant next door. There was another family checking in and we announced that we were there for check-in. The proprietor just said "NO KEYS, NO KEYS!" I explained that we had a confirmation but "NO KEYS, NO KEYS". There were also no rooms to be found in all of Koblenz so Hotels.com found us a place in Frankfurt, to which we drove over an hour and checked in at 2 a.m.

The apartment was very nice, new, and updated. Please note the following:- No formal check in and check out. You get the keys from the Chinese restaurant next door, and they dont speak English. They are very nice, but there are communication barriers.- There is limited parking directly behind the building, and the back entrance is a little bit shady, with some gaps/holes in the ground, less clean and not well kept.- No elevator, and there are quite a few stairs.- There are plenty of kitchen items. There are no condiments, which is very normal- The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis- Walkable to restaurants and the old town

The Expedia website said to phone to arrange booking in. I phoned several times and received no response. There was only a card on the door saying to go into the neighbouring restaurant. All very unclear. Also the flat was on the 4th floor with no fire escape.

Well located on the street connecting the two train stations of Koblenz, with a movie theatre across the street and bakeries / restaurants around, the apartment was OK inside but the building looked partly unfinished, the two flights of stairs were narrow and steep (and painful to climb up or down with all the luggage), and the management was not very friendly.

It is a bit awkward at first, but the reception is the chinese restaurant below the apartments. Unfortunately the person we talked to did not speak fluent German. But the apartments themselves are recently renovated and clean. Even though it is on top of a chinese restaurant, you don't hear a thing. The beds are also OK comfort wise, but they are on wheels so they keep rolling away if you sleep together. The kitchennette is nice. When checking out be sure you put the keys in the correct mailbox next to the chinese restaurant and not in the hallway. This is confusing. Wifi was available but not super quality. Location is excellent!
