    I don't even remember how many times we've stayed in this hotel (probably 3-4 times already). Only because it's a walking distance from the Bureau of Immigration. The room seems clean, but they don't vacuum the floors. They just sweep it—dust just circles around. Also, the carpet in the hallway is nasty. I don't think they ever clean it. If you walk barefoot on the carpet (I don't recommend it), the bottom of your feet will get black right away. It also stinks—it's pretty nasty.

    Something's wrong with the AC not making the room cool well. I understand the check-in is at 2, but you can't accomodate somebody coming in at 1pm? Never encountered this at Hop Inn or other RP branches. Also came in at RP Binondo previously after 2pm and was made to wait 30+ mins due to queuing. So no compromise there? Hope there will be improvement.
