Would definitely recommend this hotel over and over again From the smooth hassle free transfer from the airport (recommended to also avail their transfer), check in process, polite staff, cleanliness of the whole property, great amenities. The location is also a plus!

We stayed at Henann Crystal Sands Resort for 7 days in a Premier Room with breakfast, and while the hotel has excellent amenities, a great location, and a very good breakfast buffet, our overall experience was disappointing because of the service and housekeeping. One of our biggest concerns was the staff at the entrance of the breakfast buffet area. That day we arrived at around 9:00 AM and, as usual, provided our room number. However, one female staff member which I forgot the name, immediately told us that there were no tables available, in a manner that felt unwelcoming and unaccommodating. There was no friendly greeting, explanation, or effort to assist us. What made the experience more disappointing was seeing another Filipina woman with her family beside us treated the same way. Guests should feel welcomed and valued equally. Housekeeping was another major concern throughout our 7-day stay. Whenever we requested room cleaning, certain areas were repeatedly missed, particularly the bathroom and parts of the bedroom. We expected a more thorough and consistent cleaning service, especially for a Premier Room. Unfortunately, this happened frequently throughout our stay rather than being an isolated incident. Overall, Henann Crystal Sands has a lot to offer in terms roundtrip transfer, location, amenities, and breakfast quality. However, the inconsistency in staff hospitality and room cleanliness significantly affected our experience. For a resort of this standard, we expected more professional, attentive, and welcoming service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both staff training and housekeeping standards, as these are essential to providing guests with the comfortable and enjoyable stay they pay for.
