    It was 3 night stay with family. Location is good. Near to palladium mall.

    The overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, room condition, and basic amenities. The facilities met expectations for a 3-star property, and there were no major issues with the accommodation itself. However, the experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of the staff. When we politely requested a possible discount, the front desk responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, stating, “This is not a dharamshala, it is a 3-star hotel.” Such a response was unnecessary and disrespectful. What was more concerning was the way the staff misbehaved with a guest who was accompanied by his family. Hospitality is not just about infrastructure but also about how guests are treated, and unfortunately, this aspect was disappointing. While the stay itself was acceptable, the staff’s attitude needs serious improvement. A courteous and respectful approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
