    I stayed at Hotel Surabhi last night, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The level of service and management here is incredibly poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Here are the major issues I faced during my short stay:Unprofessional Front Desk: Right from the moment I arrived, the receptionist at the front desk was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy.Extremely Rude Behavior: The overall attitude of the staff is appalling. Instead of being helpful, they speak to guests in a very rude, arrogant tone whenever an issue is raised.Terrible Food Service & Inavailability: The room service and dining experience were frustrating. Whenever I tried to order food, the staff kept raising objections, claiming items were unavailable, and forcing me to choose alternative options. To make matters worse, the food was not even served properly or hygienically.Constant Disturbances: There was absolutely no respect for guest privacy. The staff kept ringing the doorbell repeatedly for trivial reasons, causing constant disturbance and annoyance throughout my stay.This hotel has zero understanding of hospitality, guest comfort, or customer service. They treat paying guests with absolute disrespect. Save your money and book somewhere else.

    Wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location too. Highly recommended!
