Upon arrival, there a staff cannot remember name. He noted that the booking is made for 1 pax. While I'm explaining, he raise his voice and forcing to pay 5000rps for 2nd guest. I had inform him that max is 2 guest In booking. Show him the prove. Yet he show his worst attitude to me

Amazing stay . We were upgraded to sea view room and it was absolutely amazing. We spent two great nights at the resort. The staff catered to all needs. Totally recommend!

Rating: 2/5 — Beautiful Location, Poor Maintenance & Hospitality The location is genuinely the only highlight here — stunning beachfront setting with ocean views even from standard rooms, and full beach access for all guests. If you’re purely here for the view, you’ll get it. But that’s where the positives end. Maintenance is a serious issue. We checked in to find the AC leaking — water soaked our clothes and dirtied the room. It took nearly an hour to fix. When we requested a room change since we had to shower and leave by 4pm, we were flatly refused. The GM’s response was particularly disappointing — he distanced himself from the issue entirely, saying he had given his staff responsibility and that was that. No apology, no effort to make things right. What made this worse? When we returned in the evening, they did move us to another room — meaning one was available. They simply chose not to offer it when we actually needed it. The second room had its own problems: no hot water for a long stretch, and a fan with a broken regulator that was either completely off or running at full speed — no middle ground. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price. Two days of bread and bananas. Vegetarian options were nearly nonexistent, and from what we saw, non-veg wasn’t much better either. Getting a cab is a ordeal. Cab aggregators won’t enter the property because of auto-rickshaw operators who aggressively block the entrance. You have to walk 500 meters out to catch a ride. When flagged to the hotel, the response was a shrug — “we know, we can’t do anything.” The staff were courteous and approachable at the surface level, but the culture of accountability is missing at every level, from housekeeping to the GM. The “it’s peak season and we’re fully booked” excuse was offered repeatedly as a catch-all. Bottom line: Pay for the location if you must, but go in with low expectations on everything else. For the price point, it’s simply not worth it.

Horrible experience at this hotel for the kind of price we paid. There was a lizard in our room the first day we were here. Managed to get it out somehow. The aircon was not effective at all. We were sweating all the time. The rain water came into the room. The food was also not great not to mention the flies in the dining area. We would moved out but there were no hotel room available. We need atonement for sure.
