Old Fittings in Bathrooms, No towel changing, Wi-Fi issue, not following the websites prices, TV issue..

Our stay here was extremely unpleasant, marked by peak unprofessionalism and unacceptable staff behavior. Bait-and-Switch Rooms: We booked a Deluxe Room with a double bed, but upon arrival, they forced us into a standard room on the second floor with three single beds instead. When we asked for a room on the ground floor, they demanded extra money. Conflicting & Unfair Policies: Prior to our arrival, they emailed us stating our booking would be cancelled if we didn't check in by 1:00 PM. However, when we arrived on time, they abruptly changed their story and said check-in was only allowed after 2:00 PM. Hostile Staff: The front desk staff, ***, was incredibly rude and defensive. When we tried to resolve these issues, he simply told us, "If you don't take that room, then leave from here." Management desperately needs to train their front desk staff in basic customer service and honor the room categories guests actually pay for. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely.
