ANAND Beach Guesthouse by Moonrocks

Had a wonderful stay at Anand Guesthouse in Mahabalipuram. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff and owner were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, shore temples, and other attractions. Despite being close to the main tourist areas, the guesthouse was peaceful and relaxing. Great value for money, good hospitality, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Anand Guesthouse to anyone visiting Mahabalipuram and would be happy to stay here again.

Everything was good. Maintanance,parking,Location,staff behaviour and everything is perfect Washrooms were very good,beds were comfortable,cleanliness’s is very good. Remember the AC’s were not split type.it is of window Ac. But its decent enough for room size.no issues with Ac.

I recently visited this hotel for 2 days stay.i saw most of the reviews from agoda and from google maps the reviews are good.most of them complained about the staff behaviour. But i went ahead and booked my rooms.According to my experience nothing is worse or bad even the maintainance,staff behaviour,facilities are perfectly alright. After the rooms are vacated the staff cleans the rooms and leave all the windows and doors open for sometime to Prevent foul smell and bacteria growth which is a best practice.i really loved this. Also beach and seafood restaurants are nearer.parking is perfect. Coming to washrooms they are veryy hygienic.Dont trust any other reviews.washrooms are very good. Hotwater is available.beds are comfortable.bedsheets are clean. Also remember most of the rooms have window AC not split AC.even in the hot summer window Ac cools the whole room.no worries regarding that. My suggestion is if you are of 5 persons avoid booking family room because the room size is bigger and the window ac couldn’t cool the whole room.prefer taking 2 and 3 share rooms seperately. Finally..go ahead with this.i couldnt take pictures and post it in this review as i forgot to take pictures. So u can go ahead with this hotel. Thank you.

Very irritating smell inside the room. Had to complain multiple times but they came and just used some spray. Actual reason was a Door Mat before the Bathroom which was left for too many days and not changed.. Irritated at night, threw that outside the room and then could sleep peacefully. Not very comfortable way of acknowledging our concern, they only smiled and not much been done.
