The staff was so supportive with my broken spanish. They were very helpful with locations for exploring, areas to visit, food locations and general vacation stay. I am a night owl and work through the night while sleeping until mid-day and they were very curteous with my cleaning needs being at odd hours.
The ONLY issue I had with this amazing property was the inconsistent wifi: it kep cutting out, was very weak and dropped sites often. While not an issue for vacationers, when trying to work online, this was problematic.
The Staff made every effort ( including rebooting the server late at night for me) to address this and it is NOT a blight on the staff or location. (well maybe - old wiring and stone walls do not like wifi).
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING AND UNIQUE EXPERIENCE.

loved the hotel location, super clean, quiet and friendly staff. would totally come back and stay several days again. amazing food locations near the hotel. if you want amazing coffee go to Cafe Conquistador (around the corner from hotel) less than 5 minute walk.

The hotel is in the middle of el Centro and the hotel staff are very professional and helpful.
