Great location, wonderful staff, and beautiful place. BUT, not handicap accessible. First you have to climb up a long staircase untll you an elevator to take you to upper floors. On top of that the bathroom in our room door was not on ground level and required 2 steep steps ro navigate. I have balance issues and often use a cane. I barely managed. If you have no mobility issies, its a great place to stay

Everyone wss super nice and very accomodating. A special place. We are now in San Miguel which is okay amd does not compare with more beautiful much quieter Guanajuato. Cant wait to come back in 2 days.
