I can’t fault this hotel… clean as a whistle, lovely staff, great food, and beautiful views of the bay and sunsets from the terrace. A peaceful retreat.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, including the room. Very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

Had some issues when we first arrived but Olly was in touch within 30 mins and sorted out everything within the hour.
Staff were so lovely and friendly. Rooftop pool a bit small and could be more sun beds but overall was perfect as a base
Second pool could do with a bit of upkeep and some places in hotel looking a bit tired.
Great base to explore Phuket from but beware of the hill! 8% incline from the bottom so unless you’re fit grab a Tuk Tuk although they struggle to get up!

Our stay at The SIS Kata Resort was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers amazing ocean views, especially at sunset, and has a modern, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
The staff provided great service and were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Housekeeping was also top notch — the rooms were spotless every day and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, including both local Thai dishes and international favorites.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with incredible views, excellent service, outstanding housekeeping, and a splendid breakfast buffet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket/Kata Beach.
